Payment

All orders must be paid via PayNow. Payment should be completed within 24 hours of checkout. Orders that remain unpaid after 24 hours may be cancelled, and the items will be released back into our live inventory.

Collection & Shipping

For self-collection orders, we will contact you using the phone number provided during checkout to arrange a suitable collection time.

Tracked mailing orders will be prepared and shipped after payment has been verified. The tracking number will be sent to you once the parcel has been dispatched.

Please ensure that your contact and delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final once payment has been confirmed. We do not accept cancellations, returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

All sealed Pokémon products are sold as received from our suppliers. CardrizardTCG is not responsible for factory defects, packaging imperfections, pull rates, pack contents, box variance, or the condition and centering of cards found inside sealed products.
